Acceptable use

You agree to use the platform in good faith. The following are prohibited:

• False declarations of produce (inaccurate quantities, unverified organic claims, incorrect availability).
• Spam or any unsolicited contact with other users.
• Publishing illegal, offensive, or rights-infringing content.
• Any attempt to circumvent security or anti-cheat mechanisms.

Seeds

Seeds exchanged or sold on the platform are intended for non-commercial, amateur use.

User content

You retain ownership of all data and content you publish on Agri Cultural (produce, descriptions, photos, gardens). By publishing them, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to display them as part of the service. We make no claim of ownership over your content.

Termination and account deletion

You may delete your account at any time, with no conditions or notice period, from your profile settings. Deletion results in the erasure of your personal data within 30 days. Completed exchanges and associated reviews may be anonymised rather than deleted, to preserve the integrity of histories.

Limitation of liability

Agri Cultural is a platform connecting individuals and farmers. We are not sellers or commercial intermediaries. We cannot be held responsible for the quality, actual quantity, or availability of produce listed by users, nor for disputes arising between users.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. In the event of a material change, you will be notified via an in-app notification. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
